  1. The interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects.

  2. Cooperative interaction among groups, especially among the acquired subsidiaries or merged parts of a corporation, that creates an enhanced combined effect.

Sinn-er-gy (‘sin-ur-jE) noun

  1. The interaction of four musicians with differing backgrounds creating a combined effect that is greater than the sum of their individual parts.

  2. Music combining punk, rock, metal, funk and alternative to create something completely new and unique, yet exceptionally familiar to the listener.

Sinn-er-gized (‘sin-ur-jIzd) adjective

  1. The frenetic and frenzied state a crowd gets worked into while witnessing Sinnergy in action. This state can be brought on quite suddenly and without warning, and is often accompanied by loud screams of approval and much intake of alcoholic beverages. A sinnergized crowd also tends to snowball and be quite contagious.
